Across sectors, leaders are grappling with increasing complexity, burnout, institutional change, and deep polarization. Churches and nonprofits face cultural shifts, resource challenges, and internal conflicts that strain relationships and fracture communities. Mission driven organizations seek leadership rooted in integrity while navigating through the myriad of difficulties that arise in today’s society. Individuals long for work that reflects their deepest convictions without being consumed by conflict, fear, or the empty pursuits of our world.

Without intentional accompaniment, many leaders struggle not only to sustain vision, but to address conflict in ways that are faithful, life giving, restorative, and that ultimately leads to growth – both individually and corporate. Too often, conflict is ignored, avoided, managed superficially, or allowed to escalate into division.

When we contacted “Doc” Hall for help, his response was immediate. He offered to come and hold a “town hall” meeting with our ministry and its board. The time the board spent with him at dinner the night before the town hall was impressive. His knowledge, as well as his faith in the path we needed to follow in order to flourish was inspiring. With his advice, and God’s help, our ministry is experiencing the joy of new growth. We are not where we were prior to the pandemic. However, thanks to Doc’s wise counsel, we know what to focus on to achieve our purpose.
