With decades of experience, most likely we have been there. Using biblical models and learned processes we are here to guide your organization, or yourself, move beyond mere survival to thriving in your goals in a restorative and faithful way.

Discernment Launch

Through listening to each other, honest discussion, prayer, and the discernment process, we will find together the Deeper Wisdom we seek to implement in your organization. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly Coaching Sessions

60 or 120-minute session with all leadership together
Identify the roadblocks and the joys, the conflicts and the triumphs
2nd session to discuss what we have discerned in our prayers together

Ecumenical Praying with Intentionality Training

This in-person or online helps participants understand, experience, and practice intentional prayer that is rooted in Scripture, open to diverse Christian traditions, and applicable to daily life.

Define intentional prayer
Identify different forms of prayer across Christian traditions
Practice at least two methods of intentional prayer
Create a simple personal prayer rhythm

Whole-life Discipleship Training

An in-person training that can be paired with the Ecumenical Praying with Intentionality training (and others) to create the majority of a corporate or weekend-long church event. Learning to live as a child of God in every moment of life is an important tool for all people to cultivate. In our society we tend to find our identity in work…, in “what we do!” As a creation of The Creator we are so much more!
