Deeper Wisdom Consult Corp, a Georgia non-profit corporation (referred to in this Policy as "Deeper Wisdom," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you when you visit deeperwisdomconsult.org or otherwise engage with us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

When you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text, you may provide us with information such as your name, email address, mobile telephone number, organization or ministry affiliation, the nature of your inquiry, and any other information you choose to share.

b. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect certain technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visit — through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.

c. Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third-party service providers we use to operate our website, scheduling, payments, and messaging.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and requests for consultations;
Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments;
Provide and improve our coaching, consulting, and ministry services;
Send transactional and service-related communications, including SMS messages you have opted into;
Send occasional ministry updates, where you have consented to receive them;
Operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
Comply with our legal obligations and protect the rights, property, and safety of Deeper Wisdom and others.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

Consent is required. We send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided us with their mobile telephone number and have affirmatively opted in to receive SMS communications from Deeper Wisdom — for example, by checking an opt-in box on a booking or contact form, or by confirming consent in writing or text.

What we send. SMS messages from Deeper Wisdom are limited to appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling notices, reminders, and occasional personal follow-up from "Doc" Hall or a Deeper Wisdom representative regarding your inquiry or engagement.

Mobile information is not shared. Mobile telephone numbers, opt-in records, and the contents of SMS conversations are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subprocessors that help us deliver the messaging service (such as our SMS platform provider) and only as necessary for that purpose.

How to opt out. You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also email or call us using the contact information at the end of this Policy.

Standard rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve performance. You can usually configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some parts of the Site may not function properly without them. We may also use third-party analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand Site usage. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

With service providers and subprocessors who help us operate the Site, send messages, schedule appointments, or process payments, and who are contractually required to safeguard your information;

As stated above, mobile information collected through our SMS program is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal and tax obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage, however, is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP;
Unsubscribe from email communications by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us;
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits;
Set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
